How Much Do I Need
We know that one of the hardest parts of putting your catering order together is trying to figure out how much you need to order. There are 32 ounces in a Quart. When you order Rancho Grande Dip, Queso Dip or Guacamole in our restaurants, they are served in 8 ounce bowls. You can think of each quart equalling between 5 and 6 orders of dip.
Depending on other items ordered and your clientele, we would suggest 3 ounces as a reasonable starting point per person. Rancho Grande Dip, Queso Dip, and Guacamole are all served with tortilla chips.
